Senior Sales Executive

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle (prospecting-discovery-solution proposing-presentation-negotiating-closing).
• Able to follow up on customer business requirements post-implementation to identify additional potential opportunities.
• Negotiate and close agreements with clients.
• Create Quotation for customers.
• Create Sales Orders and Profit & Loss Calculation.
• Work closely with the product and service teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues.
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure their ongoing success and loyalty.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Customer and Principles.
• Conduct and organize routine events in collaboration with the principal, partner and customers.

Requirements

• Min +2 year experience as IT Sales or Account Manager in IT solutions business industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication or Cumputer Science.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
• bility to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive for success.
• Understanding of the Indonesian Capital Market is advantage.
