Job opportunity for SALES CONSULTANT at Empire Fit Club in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

Kualifikasi:
As a Sales Staff at Empire Fit Club, you will play a key role in driving membership growth and promoting our fitness services. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary goal is to achieve sales targets by converting prospects into members, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall growth of the club

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (experience in the fitness industry is a plus).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented with proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and passion for health and fitness.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

• Actively promote and sell membership packages, personal training, and other fitness programs.
• Generate leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Conduct tours of the facility and provide detailed information about services and membership benefits.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages to close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with members to ensure retention and referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and membership data in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent Empire Fit Club in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
