Sales Support Furniture

The Sales Support is responsible for managing inbound client inquiries, preparing accurate quotations, and converting opportunities into sales. This role focuses on understanding client needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial inquiry to project completion.

• Respond to and manage incoming client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable furniture/products based on project needs and budget
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations, costing, and product proposals
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing and terms
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and inbound clients throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and operations teams regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Ensure sales and project documentation is properly recorded and organized
• Handle quotation revisions, product adjustments, and client requests efficiently
• Monitor sales progress and provide regular updates on quotation and closing status

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in furniture sales, interior products, or project-based sales

Familiarity with furniture materials, specifications, and product customization processes

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

Detail-oriented with good organizational and administrative abilities

Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Willing to commit to travel to Puri Indah, Jakarta Barat
