B2B Sales Manager

As a B2B Sales Manager, you will lead the B2B sales strategy and team across Surya Bumi Retailindo's brand portfolio, driving revenue growth through key account management, new business development, channel expansion, and strategic customer partnerships.

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies and business plans to achieve revenue and sales targets across S 's brand portfolio.

Lead, manage, and develop the B2B Sales Team to achieve individual and team targets.

Develop existing accounts and identify new leads, accounts, channels, and business opportunities.

Manage and negotiate with key accounts and strategic customers to build long‑term business partnerships.

Set and monitor sales targets, forecasts, and overall sales performance.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.

Develop solutions for underperforming accounts, slow‑moving products, inventory issues, and other commercial challenges.

Provide regular market insights, performance updates, and actionable recommendations to management.

Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail teams to support overall business growth.

Take ownership of overall B2B revenue growth, customer development, and team performance.

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong understanding of B2B sales, distribution, wholesale, and account management.

Strong understanding of sales planning, forecasting, target setting, and business strategy.

Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into business opportunities.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with sales and customer data.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to develop, coach, and motivate a sales team.

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners.

Strategic, proactive, and strong in problem‑solving.
