PT Flin Consultancy Indonesia in Jakarta seeks an experienced negotiator to conduct end-to-end negotiations with digital lenders, banks, and P2P platforms on behalf of enrolled customers, in person or by phone. You will default to call-based negotiation to maximize volume while reserving visits for cases that require face-to-face engagement.
You will build lender relationships, maintain records in CRM and trackers, provide weekly reports to Risk Manager, and design settlement plans to unlock
