Sales Staff - Chemical (Trading) - Jakarta (B-133254)

Our client is a Chemical (Trading) company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain business relationships with existing customers.

Update customer information regularly.

Calculate selling prices, submit quotations, and issue purchase orders to suppliers.

Update customer raw material forecasts, track remaining inventory, and manage material deliveries.

Assist in resolving customer issues related to material delivery and production.

Conduct regular visits and phone calls to maintain strong customer relationships.

Perform sales activities to secure customer orders based on established plans.

Handle sales management tasks, including forward exchange contracts (WF), credit limit registration, and updates.

Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

Conduct market research and gather relevant business information.

Expand and develop business relationships with new, potential, and prospective customers.

Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to provide technical support, production, and purchasing services.

Register new products and new customers or suppliers in the internal database.

Job Requirements:

More than 3-5 years of sales experience in a trading company, preferably in the chemical industry.

Experience working in a Japanese company.

Experience in market research and business development.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Valid driving license.

Stable career history.
