Travel Consultant & Operational Umrah/Haji

Travel Consultant providing professional consultation on Umrah, Hajj, and other travel packages tailored to prospective pilgrims' needs.

Key responsibilities

Provide professional consultation on Umrah, Hajj Khusus, and other packages according to prospective pilgrims' needs

Analyze prospective pilgrims' needs and recommend the most suitable program based on budget, schedule, facilities, and travel preferences

Explain comprehensively regarding hotel facilities, airlines, itinerary, visa, equipment, manasik, departure schedule, and program terms and conditions

Answer all prospective pilgrims' questions accurately, friendly, and professionally according to company standards

Conduct follow-up on all leads through Whats App, telephone, and other media until booking occurs

Manage travel documents such as tickets, visas, and pilgrim insurance

Conduct reservations and procurement of airplane tickets, hotels (accommodation), and buses (transportation)

Coordinate with airlines and hotel vendors in Makkah and Madinah

Arrange pilgrim equipment such as luggage, catering, and uniforms

Prepare departure and return manifest data for pilgrims

About you

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing in Umrah/Hajj field

Graduates of Hajj & Umrah Management, Tourism are preferred

Good communication and negotiation skills

Able to work individually and in teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with CRM or sales administration systems is an added value

Active use of Whats App Business, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media as means of communication with prospective pilgrims
