Sales & Operations Support Staff

Fluent in both written and spoken English;
Able to speak Japanese is a plus.

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with experience in import-export operations and/or selling electronic products preferred.

Experience working in a Japanese company will be highly preferred.

Eager to learn, humble, and have a positive attitude.

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Conduct sales activities, including both accompanied and independent customer visits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local staff and customers to support business development and drive sales growth.

Coordinate with couriers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth import and export operations.

Prepare and send shipping documents to vendors and customers.

Monitor and manage inventory control.

Process and accurately input data into the company's system, including order receiving and purchase/sales order management.
