Coordinating the day-to-day activities from PO, display, delivery goods, complaint, and other matters related Customer operational

Ensuring the operational of each team does their part in supporting the M&G Company achieve its objectives.

Support Customer by conducting high-level selling

Conduct market analysis and make long-term and short-term work plans

Provide reports to Sales Director like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, new customers’ on-boarded reports.

Assist Sales Director or other teamto ensure adequate client communication (Translator), maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.

Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities.

Evaluate & Monitoring performance of the salesand seek ways to improve the team’s performance
