Partnership & Business Development Manager
The Partnership & Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships that support Danamart's SME ecosystem.
This role focuses on identifying potential partners and business opportunities, building strong stakeholder relationships, conducting initial qualification, and managing opportunities through the business development pipeline. The position will work closely with internal teams to develop qualified opportunities and support the company's business growth.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant business and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct outreach, meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with potential partners.
- Identify potential SMEs and businesses that may benefit from Danamart's solutions.
- Conduct initial qualification of potential business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a structured business development pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of client and partner information through CRM.
- Monitor pipeline progress and provide regular business development updates.
- Work closely with internal teams to move qualified opportunities through the process.
- Develop new opportunities through networking, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing new business relationships and opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with different types of stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Comfortable conducting active outreach and business meetings.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, investment, capital markets, or SME-related businesses.
- Experience working with corporate, business, or industry networks.
- Experience in B2B or partnership development.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Understanding of SME development, financing, or sustainable business is an advantage.
