Business Development Manager - BPO Industry

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an established client list, with a focus on top-tier clients in the BPO industry, especially from Fintech companies.

Responsibilities

Leverage existing client relationships to drive new business opportunities and bring clients on board

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BPO industry, focusing on top-tier clients in Southeast Asia.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in potential and existing client organizations.

Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored service offerings and proposals that meet client needs.

Drive negotiations and contract finalizations to secure new clients and projects.

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and potential risks.

Requirements

Proven track record in business development, with a client list of established companies in the BPO or outsourcing industry.

Strong experience working in leading BPO companies such as Teleperformance, Concentrix, or similar.

Excellent understanding of the BPO landscape and client needs, with a preference for experience working with Fintech Clients

Good communication in English is a MUST

Ability to independently drive business development and bring new clients to the company.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to client acquisition and retention.
