Identify and acquire new corporate/enterprise clients through prospecting and business development.
Generate qualified leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
Understand customer business challenges and recommend the right IT solutions.
Sell ERP, Microsoft Solutions, Cloud, HRIS, AI, CRM, and Digital Transformation Solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, presentation, proposal, negotiation, to closing.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions with key decision-makers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Consultants, and Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain accurate CRM data, sales pipeline, and forecasting.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communication, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in IT Solutions or Enterprise Software.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in ERP, Microsoft Solutions, Cloud, HRIS, CRM, or Enterprise Software is highly preferred.
Strong experience in prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate professionally in English, both written and spoken.
Strong business acumen, proactive mindset, and target-oriented.
Comfortable communicating with C-Level executives and key decision-makers.
Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
