Sponsorship Manager

This position is responsible for driving non-rental revenue growth by securing sponsor ships, strategic partnerships, and brand collaborations that enhance the mall's positioning, customer experience, and commercial performance. This role identifies new business opportunities, develops long-term relationships with corporate partners, and creates innovative collaboration initiatives that generate mutual value.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase sponsorship and partnership revenue.
• Identify, approach, and secure new sponsors, corporate partners, and strategic collaborators across various industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, media partners, financial institutions, lifestyle companies, and community organizations.
• Create and present compelling sponsorship proposals, partnership packages, and customized collaboration opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements to maximize business value.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Leasing, Operations, and Event teams to develop integrated campaigns, promotional events, and customer engagement programs.
• Manage end-to-end execution of sponsorship and partnership projects, ensuring all deliverables are fulfilled.
• Develop annual sponsorship inventories and commercial assets available for brand activation within the mall.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities to identify new revenue streams.
• Analyze partnership performance and prepare post-campaign reports, including ROI, KPIs, and recommendations for future collaborations.
• Represent the mall in networking events, industry conferences, and business meetings to expand strategic partnerships.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective partners and ensure consistent business development activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in the property management, real estate, commercial property, or facilities management industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and securing new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the property management industry, commercial contracts, property operations, and business development practices.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and develop effective growth strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
