Technician Electromedical

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electromedical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, and repair of medical devices
.

Possess a valid and active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required, especially during exhibitions, workshops, or customer events.

Perform product presentations, demonstrations, installation, commissioning, and user training for medical devices.

Provide after-sales technical support, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.

Conduct equipment verification, validation, and functional testing in accordance with applicable standards.

Educate customers on the proper operation, care, and routine maintenance of medical equipment.

Keep up to date with the latest product developments, technologies, and service methodologies.

Prepare service reports and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to support product promotions, customer visits, and technical events.
