- Lead and coordinate geological exploration activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct geological investigation, mapping, drilling, logging, sampling, and data analysis.
- Support resource evaluation, geological modeling, and geological reporting.
- Prepare and review exploration plans, technical proposals, and geological reports.
- Provide geological input for engineering design, geological hazard assessment, and project development.
- Coordinate geological activities with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Monitor geological conditions and identify potential geological risks during exploration and construction.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian regulations and technical standards.
- Minimum D3/S1 in Geology, Geological Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in similar projects.
- Strong knowledge of geological exploration, resource evaluation, and geological data analysis.
- Familiar with 3D geological modeling and geological exploration software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
- Solid understanding of Structural Geology, Petrology, and Mineralogy.
- Familiar with Indonesian mining/geological regulations and technical standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic English communication skills; strong English proficiency is an advantage.
