QA Engineer

Perform end-to-end functional testing for web and mobile applications (Android & iOS)

Design, execute, and maintain API test cases (manual and automated)

Conduct database testing to validate data integrity and backend workflows

Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test strategies for new and existing features

Identify, document, and track defects with clear root cause analysis

Collaborate with Product, Development, and Design teams to ensure quality standards are met

Execute regression, sanity, and release validation testing

Perform production validation and monitoring, including log analysis and issue investigation

Contribute to automation efforts (Playwright/Cypress/Appium or similar frameworks)

Assist in performance testing and analysis (basic level or with tools like JMeter – plus)

Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and efficiency

Proactively identify gaps, risks, and suggest improvements in product quality

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Retrospective)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Has 1–3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within the technology industry.

Strong experience in functional testing for web and mobile applications (Android & iOS), including regression, sanity, end-to-end, and release validation testing.

Solid knowledge of API testing and database validation, with the ability to design and execute test cases and validate data integrity and backend workflows.

Familiarity with QA automation and scripting, with exposure to tools/frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium; basic performance testing knowledge (e.g., JMeter) is a plus.
