Report to:

Basic Function:
Responsible for maintenance activities on Otis products based on Otis procedures to reach customer satisfaction.

• Conduct service activities of Otis products according to service procedures.
• Replace Otis product spare parts.
• Answer callbacks during office hours and overtime if necessary and approved by the Superior.
• Fill in callback details in the callback report book after repairing Otis products.
• Complete time tickets, service reports, overtime usage and other administrative reports accurately and promptly.
• Provide input or updates to the Superior regarding important issues within your responsibility.
• Create spare parts requisitions with superior approval and return damaged parts when required.
• Represent and maintain a positive image of PT Citas Otis Elevator in interactions with customers and government institutions per company policy and procedures.
• Maintain safety equipment provided by the company and adhere to safety procedures.
• Care for and maintain working support equipment supplied by the company.
• Perform minor adjustments of Otis products per adjustment procedures.
• Participate in company training programs.
• Participate in implementation of company programs instructed by the superior.
• Adapt to workload requirements and work beyond official hours when seasonally needed.
• Operate within the company’s code of ethics, including the Three Absolutes.
• Promptly report any doubtful situations to ECO or B.P.O.
• Strictly and fully comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Graduate from Technical High School.
• Minimum 4 years relevant work experience.
