Service Engineer - UHT & Dairy Processing Systems

We are looking for a hands‑on Service Engineer to support installation, preventive maintenance, and overhaul activities for UHT and dairy processing systems. This role works closely with customers to ensure equipment reliability, performance, and long‑term service value.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute overhaul activities for UHT systems
• Perform crack testing and maintenance for Spray Dryer plants
• Conduct preventive maintenance for GEA equipment (e.g., Avapac, mixing plants)
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues
• Support installation, servicing, and repair of dairy processing equipment
• Engage with customers to introduce and promote service offerings
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience in maintenance and servicing of industrial processing equipment
• Hands‑on knowledge of:
  • UHT systems
  • Spray Dryer plants
  • Mixing plants for dairy / beverage processing
• Solid understanding of:
  • Mechanical systems
  • Electrical components
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Familiarity with dairy processing (liquid and powder) operations
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform structured troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Control & Automation Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant service or maintenance experience in industrial environments
• Good command of technical English
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently

Nice to Have

• Experience with GEA equipment or similar OEM systems
• Exposure to regional or on-site customer support roles
• Understanding of food processing industry standards and safety practices
