Location: Jakarta Selatan
Job opportunity for Engineering Staff (Teknisi Gedung) jiadi Prestige Tbk. in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.
Kualifikasi- Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan seluruh mesin-mesin (AC, Genset, Lift, Panel Listrik, Pompa-pompa air), dan peralatan lainnya setiap saat.
- Melakukan pencatatan (check list) harian secara rutin serta membuat laporannya.
- Memberi laporan kepada atasan secara periodic mengenai kondisi mesin-mesin, fasilitas-fasilitas gedung tersebut.
- Pendidikan minimal STM / D3 elektrikal / mekanikal / sipil.
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
- Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun menangani MEP, mencakup instalasi listrik, AC, genset, chiller, serta pekerjaan sipil.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai teknisi gedung perkantoran, apartemen, atau gedung bertingkat lainnya.
- Mau bekerja keras, jujur, cepat belajar dan beradaptasi.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Jabodetabek dengan sistem kerja secara shift.
- Dapat bergabung secepatnya.
