Job Opportunity for Teknisi (Ducting Kitchen)

PT Maste Dayaa, Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Install system components such as kitchen hood, ducting pipes, exhaust fan/blower, fresh air fan, and grease filter.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including cleaning grease deposits inside ducting lanes and hood filters to prevent fire.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to kitchen systems (ducting, exhaust, fresh air fan, hood).
• Test and commission the system to ensure air volume, pressure, and fan rotation direction meet operational standards.

• Minimum education:
  
  SMK Teknik Pendingin & Tata Udara (TPTU), Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Ducting Technician, preferably specializing in kitchen exhaust.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/sketches of ducting and hood installation routes.
• Technical expertise in exhaust systems, fresh air, electrical panels, and fan/blower motors.
• Comfortable working under pressure with tight project schedules.
• Strong teamwork, honesty, and accountability.
• Willingness to be deployed or travel for business as required.
