Requirements

• Diploma 3/4 or College/University Degree in Audio-Visual, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Multimedia, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• Good command of spoken and written English is preferred
• Previous experience in a 5-star/4-star hotel, resort, convention center, or similar hospitality environment
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Audio Visual operations, maintenance, event production, or related technical functions, including previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position
• Previous experience in managing hotel ballroom, meeting room, conference, banquet, and event AV systems is highly preferred
• Professional audio systems, including mixers, amplifiers, speakers, microphones, DSP, processors, and signal distribution
• Projection systems, LED screens, video walls, displays, digital signage, TVs, and video distribution
• AV system integration, signal flow, system configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Dante, AV networking, Audio-over-IP, digital AV systems, and related technologies
• Event production, video conferencing, recording, live streaming, presentation, and lighting systems
• Preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, asset management, spare parts control, and equipment lifecycle planning
• Vendor coordination, project management, budgeting, CAPEX planning, procurement, and cost control
• Electrical safety, grounding, cable management, risk assessment, working-at-height procedures, and safe event installations
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
