After Sales Service Engineer Supervisor - Automation B

Our client is a Automation company
. Currently, they are looking for After-Sales Service Engineer Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle installation and material handling systems and equipment at customer sites.

Supervise and coordinate machinery installation, including mechanical and electrical works.

Conduct equipment inspection, testing, adjustment, and trial operation after installation.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment-related issues.

Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for installed systems.

Respond to customer inquiries and after-sales service requests.

Analyze equipment problems and propose appropriate technical solutions.

Coordinate with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams during installation and service activities.

Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and installation documentation.

Manage on-site work schedules and ensure installation activities are completed according to project timelines.

Ensure all installation and maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.

Support spare-parts identification, replacement, and service recommendations.

Provide technical guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.

Support improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Conduct regular site visits and maintain good relationships after equipment installation.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

High conversational English proficiency.

At least 2 years of experience as an After Sales Sales Engineer Supervisor, handling automation or machinery trading.

Good work ethic, willingness to learn, politeness, strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and confidence.
