Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring comfort and safety
• Assist residents with daily activities, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health to the care team

Qualifications:

• Active CNA license in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in a hospital setting
• Prior med-surge experience
