We are seeking a Management Trainee to join Green Earth Ventures Indonesia in our Jambi office. This is a full-time position designed to develop future leaders and managers within our organisation. As a Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of business operations, management practices, and strategic decision-making across our company. This role is integral to our succession planning and talent development strategy, providing you with a structured pathway into management whilst contributing meaningfully to our business objectives.

• Assist with day-to-day operational management across assigned departments or business units
• Support senior management in the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and competitive insights
• Participate in project planning and execution, learning best practices in project management
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency programmes
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support management decision-making
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
• Participate in training programmes and mentoring to develop management competencies
• Undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools
• High level of organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Adaptability and willingness to learn across various business functions
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to professional development
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is essential
• Previous internship experience or exposure to business management is advantageous
