We are seeking a professional leader for Yello Hotel Jambi to oversee kitchen and service operations as Chef & Beverage.
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years experience as Executive Chef / Head Chef
- Experience in F&B Manager
- Good communication skills & great attitude
- Familiar with VHP system
- Understanding of food costing, budgeting, and P&L
- Understanding of HACCP & Food Safety Management System
