Senior Mekanik Alat Berat

Senior Mekanik Alat Berat responsible for overhaul, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment units. The role involves ensuring the entire fleet of heavy equipment operates optimally and safely, managing hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and undercarriage repairs, and directing junior mechanics and helpers in the field.

• Perform overhaul, repair, troubleshooting, and routine preventive maintenance on heavy equipment units
• Handle damage to hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and undercarriage of heavy equipment
• Ensure all heavy equipment fleet units operate optimally and safely (ready to use)
• Create daily work reports and damage analysis of units
• Direct and guide junior mechanics or helpers in the field

• Minimum 5 years experience as a heavy equipment mechanic, preferably in the mining industry
• Proficient in repairing various types of heavy equipment units such as Excavator, Dozer, Dump Truck, Grader
• Able to read hydraulic and electrical schematics (shop manual)
• Heavy equipment training certificate (such as BMC / Basic Mechanic Course) is an added value
• Able to work under pressure, honest, disciplined, and have good communication
• Willing to be placed in JAMBI project
