The AWSNA:
Assoc. of Waldorf Schools of N. America is seeking an ASC Director & Afternoon Lead Teacher for the Sierra Waldorf School in Jamestown, California. This role oversees the After-School Care program and manages all operational aspects, ensuring staff compliance and high-quality education aligned with Waldorf principles.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in leadership and childcare settings, along with formal education in child development. The position offers approximately 29 hours of work each week, and compensation ranges from $22 to $27 per hour, including possible tuition remission.
