In the role of
** Junior RTR Accountant
** in our Record to Report team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will play a key role in ensuring high‐quality financial reporting, supporting month‐end close activities, and acting as a trusted partner for our Local Finance teams.
** The Team you will be part of:
** You will join our international Record to Report function, responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across multiple entities.  We are a collaborative, supportive, and solution‐oriented team that values transparency, continuous improvement, and strong partnerships with the business.

** Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
*** Handle month‐end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
* Prepare month end closing activities, including posting accruals, preparing accounts reconciliations, analysis and reporting packages
* Support preparation of management reporting and internal controls
* Ensure timely preparation of assigned tasks and data accuracy
* Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives within RTR
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
** To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
*** Have a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
* Bring basic knowledge of general ledger processes and accounting principles
* Are detail‐oriented, structured, and proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions
* It is beneficial to have experience with ERP systems and shared service environments (D365 is a plus)
