Location: Town of Poland
We are looking for a Polish Accountant to join our finance team and support accounting operations for our Polish entity. The role will focus on ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with Polish accounting and tax regulations, and supporting month‑end and year‑end closing processes.

- 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably working with Polish entities
- Strong knowledge of Polish accounting standards and tax regulations
- Experience preparing VAT and statutory reporting in Poland
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is a must
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Fluent Polish and good English
- Maintain accounting records in accordance with Polish accounting standards and tax regulations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes
- Prepare and submit VAT, CIT, and other statutory reports
- Ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations in Poland
- Cooperate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors
- Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts
- Assist with financial documentation and reporting
