Location: Town of Poland
We are currently looking for Italian-speaking accounting professionals to join an international business environment. Depending on your experience and area of expertise, you may become part of either the Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) team.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who would like to develop their careers within finance and accounting while working closely with international stakeholders and using Italian on a daily basis.
ResponsibilitiesDepending on the team you join, your scope of responsibilities may include:
Accounts Receivable (AR)- Managing customer communication via phone and email in Italian and English
- Monitoring outstanding receivables and supporting cash collection activities
- Managing open items and payment allocation processes
- Supporting credit and order management activities
- Maintaining customer payment-related data
- Preparing regular reports and supporting business analysis
- Cooperating with internal stakeholders and international clients
- Processing invoices and supporting end-to-end Accounts Payable activities
- Handling supplier queries and maintaining vendor master data
- Resolving invoice discrepancies and exceptions
- Supporting payment processing and reconciliation activities
- Managing expense-related processes
- Participating in process improvement initiatives
- Acting as a key point of contact for selected accounting activities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably within Accounts Payable (AP/PTP) or Accounts Receivable (AR/OTC)
- Italian language skills at B2-C1 level or higher
- Good command of English (B2/C1)
- Experience in working with international customers, vendors, or business partners
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities
- Experience with ERP systems will be considered an advantage
