**** International Finance Environment
** We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Accounting Team Leader to join our international finance organization and support our Poland-based accounting team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining operational accounting expertise with people leadership and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in ensuring stability, continuity, and operational excellence within the accounting function while partnering closely with regional finance leaders across Europe.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where adaptability, teamwork, and strong communication skills are essential. This is a highly visible role with real impact on both team performance and business operations.
** Your Main Responsibilities*
* • Lead, coordinate, and support the daily activities of the local accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting, accounting records, and compliance activities
• Coordinate workload prioritization and support the team in managing operational challenges and changing business priorities
• Work closely with regional finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in an international matrix environment
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize accounting processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen internal controls
• Ensure smooth operational continuity and contribute to maintaining a stable, well-performing accounting function
** What We’re Looking For*
* • Strong accounting and finance experience in an operational environment
• Previous experience leading, supervising, or coordinating a team
• A pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across local and regional teams
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international, and fast-changing environment
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to support teams through operational challenges and continuous change
** Preferred Background*
* • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Fluent Polish and English skills are mandatory, both written and spoken
• Experience in shared services, multinational environments, or matrix organizations is a plus
• Professional accounting certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are appreciated
