Local Accounting Specialist (k/m/d) Part-time (FTE: 0,6)

International Accounting isGOSP Unit coordinating account payables and account receivables inthe 8branches ofthe GOSP Company, leading process automation projects and working infull alignment with Financial Closing, DQ& RRUnit and with the Department Head.

As a Local Accounting Specialist , you will play apivotal role inthe local accounting ofthe new branch ofGOSP in Poland, while supporting development of international accounting best practices and guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate local procurement and back-office services
• Manage account payables operations, ensuring compliance with GOSP policies, Polish GAAP and IFRS regulation
• Asset accounting
• Correct maintenance and update of mandatory tax registers (VAT registers, Asset registers)
• Maintain local accounting tools inline with the evolving local regulatory scenario, collaborating with peers in Generali Poland
• Support treasury activities, including payment requests and cash collection management
• Provide support for tax-related activities bycollecting, preparing, and sharing documentation and analyses with external tax consultants
• Contribute tofinance projects impacting the Polish branch
• Support the review and monitoring of accounting processes, ensuring compliance with Financial Reporting Risk (FRR) and Data Quality (DQ) standards, and collecting evidence for key controls reviewed by Group auditors
• Support the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements, coordinate interactions with external auditors (KPMG) and tax consultants, provide support during tax audits, and ensure compliance oflocal accounting processes with IFRS standards

Requirements:

• At least 3years of experience in accounting, finance, orrelated areas
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, orarelated field
• Polish language proficiency atC1 level (written and spoken)
• English language proficiency atB2 level (written and spoken)
• Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge ofSAP and/or Tagetik isaplus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
