Responsibilities

• Sales Support:
  Assisting the Sales Team with administrative tasks, including providing data, calculations, support with dealers bonuses settlements.
• Dealer Network Support:
  Support with coordination of dealer network activities.
• Documentation support:
  Taking care of documentation completion and accuracy.
• Marketing Support:
  Providing support with presentations preparations, dealers bulletins updates.
• Problem Resolution:
  Address any daily challenges and cooperation with Sales Team to provide solutions to maintain efficient workflows.
• Data Accuracy:
  Maintain accurate data within internal systems and ensure proper documentation.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year experience in business support functions.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in MS Office, proficient knowledge and use of MS Excel.
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
• Analytical Ability:
  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Time Management:
  Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
