Business Development Specialist

You will be working closely with a great SME/ mentor, on Business Development activities for various industries and services, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.

Ideally your will have a strong understanding of business development principles and practices, as well as the ability to identify and close new business opportunities, and couple of years of related experience.

We operate with high level of trust, autonomy and do welcome new mistakes. Hence, we need our people to be reliable, flexible & curious.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and close new business opportunities
• Contribute to & execute go to market plans and strategies
• Market research and benchmarking (local, regional & global)
• Track and analyze sales data to measure performance
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preference for Business & Tech
• Super passionate about business development, hands-on experience is a plus
• Good understanding of business development principles and practices
• Good communication skills
• Experience in CRM, experience/ certified in Hub Spot is a plus
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) speaker
