About the role

The Process Intelligence Manager drives data‑driven transparency and performance improvement across GBS processes globally. The role uses process modelling, mining, and analytics to identify inefficiencies, generate insights, and support transformation initiatives.

Working closely with Global Process Owners, Operations, IT, and Transformation teams, the role helps improve efficiency, compliance, and customer outcomes across end‑to‑end processes.

Your responsibilities
  • Define and drive the Process Intelligence strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise transformation goals.
  • Use process modelling, mining, and analytics to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across core processes (e.g., O2C, S2P, R2R, H2R, P2F).
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, dashboards, and executive‑level recommendations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop process intelligence specialists.
  • Support transformation programs with process discovery, current‑ and future‑state modelling, and data‑driven validation of improvements.
  • Partner with business and automation teams to prioritise improvement initiatives and enable automation opportunities (RPA, AI, workflow).
  • Monitor process KPIs, track benefits, and embed continuous improvement practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure data quality, governance, and effective use of process intelligence tools.
The experience we're looking for
  • Proven experience in process improvement, analytics, or transformation roles.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and data analytics.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business value.
  • Experience working in global or GBS environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with process intelligence tools (e.g., Celonis, SAP Signavio, Visio, ARIS, Blueworks) would be a big plus
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Process Mining, or Analytics would be a plus.
