Business Process Manager

• Design, develop and document the best practice business processes (analysis, design, implementation, maintenance) for production, service and return processes, in close collaboration with Operations, wholesale and retail
• Ensure local adaptation and constant improvement of the agreed business processes
• Participate in various projects related to business process management
• Define and prioritise requirements to IT to support the business processes, including participation in rolling out new ERP systems

• Bachelor's or Master's degree related to business or project management, business administration or similar
• Experience in cross functional projects
• Knowledge of ERP (preferably AX 2012 and Microsoft D365 F&O) and business process management
• Strong analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
• Preferable knowledge and experience with Lean
• Very good level of English Skills to communicate, manage time and adapt to new tasks/priorities
• Ability to travel (around 25 days per year)
