• Precision in Process:
  
  Manage and process purchase requisitions with meticulous attention to detail.
• SAP Expertise:
  
  Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP (module MM), ensuring smooth workflow to the final purchase order.
• Procurement Verification:
  
  Assess procurement needs, delivery performance, and determine commissioning requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  
  Engage with stakeholders via email and telephone to ensure seamless operations.
• Order Coordination:
  
  Collaborate with Supply Management and Purchasing (IPS) during escalations or deviations, actively track orders, and ensure swift cycle times.
• Guideline Development:
  
  Support the creation of work instructions and guidelines for purchase requisitions.
• Continuous Improvement:
  
  Drive process improvements (CIP) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Experience:
  
  Initial experience in Customer Service, Procurement, or Finance.
• Tech-Savvy:

  Good knowledge of German (minimum B2) and communicative English (B1).
• Detail-Oriented:
  
  High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
