Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to provide direct support to the Owner in coordinating a group of companies operating within the iGaming and Gambling industry, as well as supporting strategic investment initiatives.

This is a hybrid role combining executive support, strategic project coordination, and driving the execution of key management and investment decisions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and capable of translating complex discussions into clear actions within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the progress of strategic and investment projects across the group, ensuring deadlines and priorities are effectively managed.
  • Analyze initiatives and requests raised by portfolio companies by gathering context, structuring information, identifying risks, and preparing recommendations.
  • Support the implementation and follow-up of decisions made by management boards and investment committees.
  • Represent the Owner in selected business interactions, providing both organizational and substantive support.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, analyses, and management materials.
  • Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, briefing materials, meeting summaries, and tracking the execution of agreed action points.
  • Manage the Owner’s calendar, priorities, and scheduling.
  • Organize domestic and international business travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role such as Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Executive Board Assistant, Project Manager, Management Consultant, or a similar position involving close collaboration with senior executives, business owners, or strategic project teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to synthesize information into concise, actionable recommendations.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently in an international business environment.
