** WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
*** Partner with executive leadership to align project initiatives with strategic business priorities and long-term operational goals.
* Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope definition, budgeting, resource planning, risk assessment, and execution strategy.
* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, staffing models, resource allocation, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration across departments to ensure alignment, accountability, and efficient execution of project objectives.
* Monitor and communicate project performance, proactively identifying risks, mitigating issues, and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
* Establish and maintain project governance standards, ensuring consistency in methodologies, reporting, and documentation.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project team members; foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
* Champion process improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean or continuous improvement methodologies to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
** YOU HAVE:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred).
* 7+ years of progressive project management experience, with demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
* Experience in construction and/or general contractor project environments (highly preferred).
* Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
* Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Willingness to travel up to 15%
