Industrial Construction Manager — Lead Projects & BIM

Due to the implementation of further industrial investments, we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager who will take full control of the implementation process.

• Carrying out construction in accordance with technical knowledge, construction practices and applicable building law.
• Direct supervision of the implementation of construction works based on technical documentation, schedules and contract requirements.
• Documentation verification.
• Control of investment costs and settlement of materials.
• Supervision of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on the construction site.
• Coordination of the work of construction teams and subcontractors.
• Higher education with a construction profile.
• Unlimited construction license to manage construction works in the construction and building specialty.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to establish relationships and conduct business negotiations.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and proficient computer skills.
• Availability and readiness for frequent business trips.
• Ability to effectively organize work and manage a team.
