Responsibilities- Respond to inquiries and guide customers to the right products and solutions.
- Prepare quotes, enter order details, and coordinate schedules with production.
- Maintain clear communication on approvals, updates, and delivery timing.
- Support payment processing and customer record accuracy.
- Contribute to repeat business through dependable, consultative service.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a professional tone.
- High attention to detail across quoting, order entry, and follow-up.
- Ability to juggle multiple customer conversations and deadlines.
- Basic office/computer skills and comfort learning internal systems.
- Print, apparel, or promotional product familiarity is a plus.
