** Customer Service Specialist**### ##  
** Your role
** You will act as a customer advocate within our organization — ensuring the highest level of service and smooth order execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will also gain in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and have a real impact on the overall customer experience.##  
** What will you do?
** handle customer inquiries and monitor order status (including order creation and entry into the system)   verify transport costs against financial documentation   analyze production plans and ensure their execution is on track   enter and coordinate orders while working closely with production and other departments to ensure smooth information flow   organize transportation and ensure on-time deliveries   prepare documentation (transport, warehouse, customs clearance)   maintain customer records (both in the system and in physical documentation)   prepare documentation related to inter-warehouse transfers##  
** We’d love to hear from you if:
** at least 2 years of professional experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)   good command of English (used in daily work)   very good knowledge of MS Office tools   strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset   ability to work independently and manage your time effectively   ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and solve problems##
