Customer Experience Specialist CEE (m/f/d)
Revolutionize Care for People and Planet with Mölnlycke. As a Customer Experience Specialist you will drive issue resolution through internal and external stakeholder coordination.
What you’ll do- Quickly and efficiently resolve all customer requests, including complaints and order corrections, and communicate with customers to identify and resolve problems to their satisfaction.
- Manage the entire order process from receipt to delivery, processing orders, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring on‑time and in‑perfect condition delivery.
- Participate in back‑office activities such as portfolio price updates, customer account management, and invoicing, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information.
- Communicate regularly with carriers and customers in English, addressing logistical issues and keeping all parties informed and satisfied.
- Use the SAP system for order management, invoicing, and other administrative tasks (knowledge of the system is an advantage; training will be provided).
- Willingness to work on a temporary contract (approx. 6 months).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in complex customer service and/or sales support.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Digital savvy and computer skills (Microsoft suite, SAP or other ERP systems).
- Experience in cross‑selling and upselling, driving customer loyalty and retention.
- Strong communication skills.
- Process orientation and process improvement mindset.
- Native level of Polish and fluent in English (mandatory).
- Temporary contract (approximately 6 months).
