Location: Town of Poland
Note:
This is a 12‑month contract with a potential extension of up to 18 months. The role follows a hybrid work setup, with an expectation to work from the office at least three days per week.
- Manage the entire deal lifecycle, including contract set‑up, updates, and maintenance, while handling manual pricing and enforcing company policies.
- Maintain customer master data to ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy, trade compliance, and SDS requirements.
- Process and manage customer orders for timely fulfilment, support touchless order processes, and resolve quantity and billing disputes.
- Coordinate credit‑related activities, resolve process issues, and ensure invoice accuracy to support timely payments.
- Build strong customer relationships and manage expectations, capturing insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as a single point of contact for French‑speaking customers, collaborating with Sales teams, Process Experts, Credit, and LSC to resolve issues.
- Support key sales processes and provide data‑driven insights to assist sales decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Fluency in French (mandatory) and proficiency in English.
- Experience in Customer Operations is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain professional under pressure.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including Account Managers.
- A strong learning mindset and willingness to grow, even without direct experience.
- Salary band: 7000 – 10400
PLN gross monthly. - French language bonus: 2000
PLN gross monthly. - Annual performance bonus paid in February.
