• coordinating customer service processes and order execution
• cooperating with customers, carriers, and internal operational teams
• monitoring service quality and responding to any irregularities
• resolving issues related to orders and goods
• preparing customer reports and internal reporting
• working with systems and tools supporting customer service processes
• ensuring accuracy and proper archiving of documentation
• identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization

• experience in customer service and/or logistics environment
• good understanding of logistics and warehouse processes
• strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• problem-solving mindset and decision-making skills
• strong communication and teamwork skills
• good command of English
• experience with IT systems/tools supporting operations (nice to have)
