Associate Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a bilingual candidate fluent in English and either French, Italian, or German.

Responsibilities
  • Initiating a range of background checks through various third‑party services and our own internal systems
  • Communicating effectively with companies, educational institutions, and professional bodies across the EMEA region via email and telephone
  • Processing check results in accordance with client requirements
  • Collaborating with clients and candidates to resolve any process‑related issues
  • Conduct analysis of candidates’ backgrounds
  • Reviewing case files to ensure high‑quality, accurate and efficient service
  • Responding to incoming emails, calls, and requests promptly
  • Obtaining feedback to maintain quality control
  • Working in a multicultural, team‑oriented, performance‑driven environment
  • Completing mandatory technical and on‑the‑job training, including GDPR and privacy training
  • Operating in accordance with all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy legislation
  • Demonstrating company values and fostering a positive culture
  • Undertaking other relevant duties within the team
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and either Portuguese, Spanish, Romanian or German
  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and quality, ensuring all process delivery, data compliance and eligibility rules are adhered to
  • Effective prioritization of conflicting tasks and the ability to manage your own time to reflect team priorities and business requirements
  • PC literate, including full use of Microsoft Office products
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • An individual that takes ownership of problems and uses initiative to proactively identify and resolve customer challenges
  • The desire to learn, grow and embrace change in a technologically advanced environment
  • Supports others and puts people first, working effectively both as an individual and as a wider team member
  • Behaves consistently with clear personal values that complement those of the organization’s culture
  • Action orientated individual, self‑motivated and an awareness of the need for urgency
