This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Jamestown, NY. The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers, answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about water well services, scheduling, and service status. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating with field technicians, and updating customers on work orders and timelines. The role involves entering and maintaining accurate customer and service data, preparing basic quotes or service estimates, and processing payments or billing information as needed.
The Customer Service Representative will also handle customer concerns, provide product and service information, and support general office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and work collaboratively with Customer Service Representatives and field teams to support service delivery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous phone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry, email, and office software; familiarity with scheduling or service management systems is a plus.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple calls, appointments, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service, construction, trades, or field service industries is preferred.
- Reliability and punctuality for on-site work in Jamestown, NY, with the ability to work standard business hours and occasional overtime if needed.
