As a Customer Service Representative
, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Krakow. Together, we work on Customer Support for Small and Medium companies, collaborating with other departments to clarify queries about Invoices, Terminals or Agreements.
- Provide Phone support for business
Customers and
Partners. - Provide Writtensupportin Email and Chatfor Business Customers and Partners .
- Manage Cases and varyingadministrativetasks.
- Ensurehighcustomersatisfaction.
- Processandcommunicationassistanceforcolleagues.
- Complete variousad hocstatements.
- Workindependentlyin thefollowingtopics:
Invoicing, Terminals or Acquiring.

Essential Qualifications- Spoken and written fluency in Swedish (C1).
- Spoken and written fluency in English (C1).
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Finance or Fin Tech.
