Location: Town of Poland
Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries regarding technical issues and product functionality.
- Diagnosing reported problems and proposing solutions.
- Providing product-related information.
- Registering requests in internal systems.
- Services are provided during project operating hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00–18:00 and Saturday 8:00–14:00. Collaborators select their hours from available time slots.
- Fluency in Greek (B2/C1).
- Excellent command of English (B1/B2).
- Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (e.g., refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
- Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
- Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month.
