Corporate Travel Counselor T4M Pharma

We are looking for an American Express T4M Corporate Travel Counselor to provide high‑touch, specialised service to Pharma client travelers. The role requires outstanding GDS skills, vast destination knowledge and a commitment to meeting both individual and team goals.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9AM – 5:30PM CET.

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups.
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options, proactively anticipating traveler needs to sell additional services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel in a variety of complexities for air, road, rail, and accommodation.
• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus.
• Ensure compliance with customers’ travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests.
• Collaborate with team members to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels.

• Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs.
• Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, and/or Galileo).
• Professional communication skills in French (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail.
• Integrity and care for personal traveler information.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, with experience in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation.
• Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently, with suppliers.
• Teamwork and openness to feedback.
